Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, company, email, telephone, selected service and message to respond to your request.
Traffic statistics
If enabled, the website records page paths, dates, page view counts, referring hostnames and an anonymous monthly hash derived from network and browser information. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics table. Estimates may count a person more than once when their network, browser or monthly identifier changes. The default analytics retention period is 90 days.
External services
The site may load Google Fonts, Google Maps links and the Kaspersky Cybermap embed. These providers handle requests under their own policies.
Requests and contact
To ask about your enquiry information or request its deletion, contact info@blacktigers.sa. Website administrators can delete enquiry records and configure traffic collection.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for business follow-up until an authorized administrator deletes them. Administrators should review this notice and their retention practices before publication.
Website analytics
When analytics are enabled, the site records page paths, language and contact-link activations using an anonymous monthly network/browser hash. Raw IP addresses are not retained. Country is used only when supplied by the web server; otherwise it is unknown. Contact-link activations do not prove a completed call or conversation.
